Why does my cart keep refreshing when adjusting product quantity?

Hey community,

Everytime whenever I increase the amount of a specific product in the cart and decrease it, I get thrown out of the cart. 

Can someone please help me to fix this issue.

This dind't work. Now I got a paid theme and it's the same for tht too. Could some apps cause this bug?
