Why does my checkout page crash on both desktop and mobile?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out why my check out page freezes then crashes on desktop and mobile. Can someone that's a bit more code savvy take a look please. My website is www.bestbongz.ca

Would need more info here, examples, replication steps, screen captures, etc. I popped something into my cart and headed to checkout without issue but perhaps I'm doing something different to you.

thanks for the reply jason, sorry I'll provide more details.

Sorry it isnt my actual check out page that's having a problem. it's my Cart page. can you please add a few items to the cart and when you reach www.bestbongz.ca/cart that's when i start to see problems. The whole page isn't responsive and I'm unable to do any functions (check out, delete items, change quantity) and after a while the whole page will prompt me the page is unresponsive do you want to wait or exit out?.
