I'm trying to make changes to my shopify website but whenever I open the editor after 1-2 clicks my cursor changes into grabbing hand icon and then I can't open any section and make any changes. Kindly provide a solution.

What is your Device Operating System?
Check with windows 10 or mac. Its working. Issue is with only windows 11. I already opened a ticket but still didnt gget a reply.
I’m also experiencing the same issue. I noticed that it only affects Windows 11 users. After chatting with them a few times, they confirmed that there is an issue specific to Windows 11, and they are working on fixing it. Are you using Windows 11?
I'm having the same problem, and it's been happening for about two weeks now. Like you, my cursor turns into the little grabbing hand, and the dropdown arrows disappear when selected. I can usually make 1–2 changes in the customizer before it stops responding properly, then I have to save and refresh, but even then it stays glitchy. I don’t think it’s related to the operating system, as someone suggested it might be a Windows 11 issue, but I’m on Windows 10. To me, it feels like 100% a Shopify issue.

Not yet, I've reached out to Shopify support but they haven't admitted its a bug yet.

Is everyone still experiencing this issue? I've been in contact with Shopify support and they wont put a timeline on a solution which usually means months of waiting.
