Why does my Debut theme video keep endlessly loading?

I hope someone can help with this.

I've been trying for 3 days now to add an embedded YouTube video to a video section (see photo) but all I see is the endless loading of the default Shopify video loop icon! I changed 3 browsers and the issue is still evident

I have tested Videos on my Debut theme and they are working fine. Could you please share your store url ( with pass if your store password is enabled ) then I can see and suggest something for you?
