Why does my email verification fail on Shopify?

guys i need help i am new to shopify and every time i ask to resend e,ail verification it says sever failed

• Clear your cache and cookies on your browser. After this, completely reboot the browser.
• Try a different web browser to rule out any browser issues. 
• When using incognito, if you are still experiencing a display issue, confirm you have disabled browser extensions as these can change how the pages look. 
• Try another internet connection (switching to a cellular network on a phone rather than wifi, for example)

If you are still having issues, can you please provide me with a screenshot of the error you see? This is super important, as it will ensure I don't misunderstand any part of your question, and get you a solution sooner than later.
