Why does my GoDaddy domain show 'store not available' on mobile?

Hey

I'm having a problem when entering the store on mobile, i have a godaddy domain connected with the store, but when i enter example.com it shows "this shop is currently not available" and it doesn't redirect to www.example.com? in fact everything is fine in www.example.com it works and doesn't show any error masseges. I'm using dawn shopify default theme.

Could you share the domain address with me, please? So I can check how it appears for me.

When you use a third-party domain like GoDaddy, you connect the domain to your store via editing the domain's DNS settings. The correct settings to apply are:

• Point the A record to the Shopify IP address 23.227.38.65.
• If necessary, change the Host name to the @ symbol.
• Delete any other A records on the domain if there are any present.
• Point the CNAME record with the name www to shops.myshopify.com.

Once you have done this, please be aware it takes up to 48 hours for these changes to apply. Is it possible that you are currently within this 48-hour window right now? If you are, you can continue to your .myshopify.com URL until the custom domain is ready, so your store will still be accessible to customers.
