Hello, the instagram icon in my footer always leads to a 404 error page. Also, my TikTok icon is not being shown in my footer although I added the link in settings. Please advise.

Hey there, @caterina12345. Thanks for following up and providing your store link.
I jumped onto your site and tried the Instagram button and it did lead to a 404. When I hover over the button, it appears to link to https://www.glazed-living.de/pages/glazed.living, which is not an Instagram Page. This suggest to me that you don't have your Instagram page properly linked to the button, so I have some screenshots to show you how to double-check this:
I'm still eager to know what theme you're using in your store, as well!
I did take a bit more time to explore other areas of your store and it looks like you're filling out everything nicely! I noticed that your FAQ page is empty at the moment so I wanted to provide you with this Blog on how to make a great FAQ page. Many folks struggle to find good questions to write about here, so I hope this blog can guide you on what to include!
Get back to me once you've had the chance to try out what I've suggested. I'll keep my eyes peeled for your reply.

Hey there, @caterina12345. Thanks so much for reaching out to the Shopify Community with your footer situation here. It's nice to meet you!
I do have a few questions I have for you before I can really dig in here and determine what's going on. Can you please provide me with the following:
From first impression, a 404 error from an icon usually means that the link the button is attached to is broken. Please copy and paste the Instagram Link to the button once again, and make sure that you aren't including any extra spaces or characters in the link.
Please, get back to me when you can with the requested information so I can test things out and get into more detailed troubleshooting with you. I'll keep my eyes peeled for your reply!

Hi Imogen,
Thank you very much - indeed I only included the link in the admin > sales channel section, I was not aware I also had to paste it into the social media part within the template. It works now, thank you again!
The template I have been using is Dawn and added some personalisation 🙂 May I ask you one more thing in this regard - I would like to add customer review pictures (UGC) to each PDP - currently whenever I do so, the pictures are pulled through onto every PDP, however, I want to add different pictures to each individual page. How can I do so?
Is there also any way I can make the first product picture any smaller as it always appears quite huge on the PDP (I have already cropped as much as I could and set the image size dimensions to the smallest)?
Thank you!
Hey there, @caterina12345! Thanks for following up with me. Apologies for the delayed reply. I have been out for the past little bit but I'm following up with as many folks as possible today. I'm happy to hear the info I shared in my previous post helped!
So in order to add specific photos to specific product pages, you're going to want to create new product page templates for those products, and add the images to those templates, and then assign to templates to the products in your Admin. This sounds a little complicated, but I'll share some screenshots to help!
To assign products to the new template, do the following:
This should get you sorted for adding those specific UGC photos on specific product pages! The new templates are just like the original, so you only need to add the UGC content and then assign the template to the desired products. You can find more information on product templates at this help doc link.
When it comes to the product image size, you'll likely need to have coding change made for this. Since you're using a Shopify made theme, you can reach out to our Live Team and see if you can use some free 'design time' to have this change made! It's always worthwhile to check with our team to see what's possible!
Before I send you off, I wanted to pass along this blog here on using UGC content in the best way possible! I hope you find it helpful!
