Why does my main menu navigation direct to a deleted page instead of collections?

I have a bit of a navigation issue, in the main navi menu, i have shop which has a drop down menu of 3 options, as shown below. 

these need to go to collections, how ever its bringing up a page that has been deleted, why is this continuing to direct to this page? and not the collections? do i need to make 3 different pages?

You might need to set the correct page in your navigation settings. In your shopify admin go to Online Store > Navigation and look for your menu. Most likely named "main-menu"

Once in here, find the menu items and set the correct page/collection you want to link to.
