Why does my menu revert to an old version after saving changes?

Hello, I'm using "Refresh" and I am trying to change my menu on the home page header but every time I click "save" it will revert back to an old menu that I don't even have in my settings. 

I've tried making a new menu, checking incognito mode, trying a differnt menu type (dropdown/mega menu), using a

Here are my settings which I have always used Main Menu as the header menu, but with this problem I tried to create a new menu "Default Menu" but after I save the menu it will revert back to a menu I no longer use/have in my settings.

Can I know what are differents between your Main menu and the Default menu? Because as I mentioned in this image, I see they are the same contents

Hello Dan, thanks for your reply. There is no difference between the two, I had made "Default-Menu" to test if another menu would work, however all of them revert back to my old menu (which isnt even an option in Menu) 

Photo #2 shows the immediate change when I click save, but shortly after (10 seconds or so) the menu automatically changes back to the old menu (photo #3)

Im clueless on this, I did an update to the newer version of refresh and even on that version it is happening as well..

Well this was interesting......

I had an app called "Mega Menu" which was overlapping my navigation menu.. when I read your reply it made me think about the apps within. D'oh..
