Why does my mouse not click on theme customization in Shopify?

I have a issue when i go to customize theme my mouse shows hand it not work to click on screen please help me sort out i attached video kindly help me to sort out issue

We appreciate you attaching a video to your post. Unfortunately, the video is an mp4, and requires a download to be made in order for it to be viewed, so I'm unable to access it. Instead, can you use the 'camera' icon within the Community Text Box to upload a screenshot of the issue that is happening? That way, we're able to see the issue at hand without needing to download a file.
