Why does my new menu items all redirect to the same page?

Hi,

I've a serious issue with my navigation. It'll be working great for a lot of page creations, and then randomly all my new menu items will navigate to the same page. I've already tried creating new URL redirection, deleting menus, deleting pages, and I've gone to the extent of deleting the entire theme and starting all over again. I even tried manually entering the URL for the redirection. I really do not want to redo my entire store again. Can somebody please help me resolve this issue?
