Why does my newly set-up online store show as inactive?

Today I completed the set up of my store and selected a plan. Put in my cc details and immediately my store went to inactive.

Everything keeps telling me to go to support....but it won't let me because it says I need to update my details....but all my details are updated.

I keep getting a message saying...

There's a problem loading this page

Your account (insert my email) doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the stores list page

 

This is ridiculous. 3 days I have spent in this and now I can't open the store.

Please help
