Why does my online store generate multiple URLs for the same products?

Hi guys,

I created and published my store about two months ago. I also set up the google search console.

The google search console is finding but not indexing many versions of the same pages see example below.  What are those additional URLs? Why does Shopify create them? Do they affect my ranking? Do I need to remove them and how?

I know that makes a lot of questions, but I am worried that this will prevent my product pages to appear in google searches.

Same question, multiple URLs are generating and it make issues on search console, can someone help on this?
