Why does my online store show shipping as unavailable?

Hey guys,


    I opened my store online a couple weeks ago and have been slow rolling it to work out any bugs. I'm glad I did because I decided to test it after setting up my general shipping rates. All my products are there, again starting small, and I have a US zone and an international zone. I have various shipping options selected within the zones and have HS codes and country of origin for the international shipping. I have printed a test label successfully. I have a standard package entered in. Yet it still says that shipping is unavailable to anyone's address that I enter in to the fields. Has anyone else experienced this? If so how did you resolve it? Thanks in advance!

I understand that you're experiencing an issue with shipping rates appearing at checkout. While you may have selected the shipping methods, it's possible that certain states/regions weren't added to the shipping zones or you could have additional shipping profiles. Can you check whether your state/region has been added to the shipping zone? Or, can you confirm if you have more than one shipping profile?


If the issue continues to persist after checking over the shipping zones and/or shipping profiles, then it looks like we'll need to access your account in order to resolve the issue. While we're unable to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community, we'd be happy to further assist you through live chats. Simply visit the Shopify Help Center and login to your account to create a support request.
