I have 4 orders to fulfill at the moment, but my order count is displaying 5.
Please explain why the homepage shows I have 4 orders, but the count on the menu shows 5.
I checked unfulfilled filters and partially fulfilled and still can't figure out the additional count.
Here is a screenshot link since your file attachment is csv and mp4 only.

Hey, @dtewks.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question!
The order count or number badge on menu of the Shopify admin represents the number of Open orders and the Home of the admin is showing the number of unfulfilled orders, so the two numbers being shown do represent different things. Typically most stores have automatic order archiving enabled, so that paid and fulfilled orders are automatically archived and removed from the Open orders. However, orders that are partially paid, partially fulfilled, or refunded may not get archived automatically. For these types of orders, you can always archive orders manually after you've had a chance to review your Open orders.
That being said, I noticed that you're a new member of our Shopify Community! Once you've resolved the additional open order, I'd love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. What types of products are you selling? Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Awesome, I found the issue with creating a new open tab with that as the only filter and I found the unarchived order. You are a godsend. I really hate the count being off and wanted to make sure it was accurate prior to the holiday season.
