Why does my product collection not redirect correctly on Shopify?

hey, new shopify business owner here. So recently, I've set up my products into collections, but, whenever I click on a collection's icon, it doesn't redirect me to the products page, but rather the same page I am on , you can check here bnbexpress.myshopify.com , got to catalog/any collection , I sent an email to the support, no response.
