Hi @Mismon

This is Richard from PageFly - Shopify Page Builder app. I clicked on the link and see that the web page wasn't freezing and I was able to navigate between pages. I am using Google Chrome on Mac and Safari on iPhone 11.

I guess you may check on Incognito window of your browser or clearing cache on the browser before checking again.

Hope that helps.

Richard.

Hello @Mismon,

Greetings! I am Gina from the flareAI app helping Shopify merchants get $6Million+ in sales from Google Search, on autopilot.

It's frustrating to hear that you're experiencing issues with your Shopify store freezing and not being able to navigate through it. Here are a few steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

1. Clear your browser cache
Your browser cache can sometimes become corrupted, which can cause issues with your Shopify store. Try clearing your browser cache and see if that helps. You can typically do this through your browser settings.

2. Try a different browser
If clearing your cache doesn't work, try accessing your Shopify store through a different browser to see if the issue persists. This will help determine if the issue is specific to your browser.

3. Disable any browser extensions
Browser extensions can sometimes cause issues with website functionality. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.

4. Check for any app conflicts
If you have any third-party apps installed on your Shopify store, they could be causing conflicts. Try disabling any apps you have installed and see if that helps.

5. Contact Shopify support
If none of the above steps work, it's possible there could be an issue with your Shopify store itself. Contact Shopify support to see if they can assist you further.

I hope this helps!

Gina
