Why does my store appear zoomed out in certain countries?

Hi, I was wondering why my store appears zoomed out only in certain countries. I downloaded a Shopify app that allows me to monitor user activity on my website. I've noticed a display bug in specific countries, making my store look unappealing (zoome out, display bugs, etc.. Any idea why this is happening?
