Why does my store's currency keep switching from USD to ZAR?

Please help me. My stores currency keeps changing from USD to ZAR (Rands). How do I change this and stop it from happening. I have changed ALL Location settings and removed Geolocation, the store currency is in USD in the settings but online shows as ZAR. 

HELP ME PLEASE!!!
