Why does my store's website collection pages keep getting stuck on the loading screen?

Hi, 

When I view a collection on my stores website - when you click page 2, 3 etc. it is stuck on the loading screen. But as soon as you refresh the page it loads. Is there a way to fix this as I don't wan't customers to have to click refresh everytime they want to view more products on the next page.

I have already cleared the cache  from my browser. I have also restarted the browser; viewed in incogneto - viewed on different devices e.g. mobile, ipad etc. and same issue in all. Using Google chrome.

Hi there,

There might be an app, custom code or additional script that is interfering with the navigation. I recommend auditing used apps or additional scripts in theme.liquid, or upgrading to the latest theme version as a last resort.
