My website always says under development when I try to test if it is working. I have already spoke to my domain provider and it is not their problem, it is a Shopify problem. How do I fix this?

I can't be certain without more information, but it sounds like you may still have your password page enabled on your account. You can double check this by going to Online store > Preferences. In the Restrict store access section, find the setting Restrict access to visitors with the password. If this is enabled, this means all visitors will see a password page similar to the one in the example below.
