Why does my website load slowly when customizing options?

Hello,

Whenever I'm customizing an option this like:

https://www.efx.co/products/ebonite-envision-pearl?_pos=1&_psq=envision&_ss=e&_v=1.0

After I click a few options, the page will freeze, then load after a few seconds. I have cleared cookies/cache, and tried incognito with the same result.

Any help would be great.

Hi,

I cannot reproduce your error, everything works fine when I try it. But what you can do is check the console output of your browser (Usually with right click > Inspect > Console). If there is an error it often gives you a clue what to search for.

I have attached a screenshot of the inspect results when this happens on my computer. It un-freezes, but seems to take a bit.

Any help would be appreciated.
