Why does my website redirect to homepage instead of checkout?

Hello dear team, I had already sent the message. Unfortunately, it is still a pervasive problem.

The site has the problem with time when you visit my site more often then after a certain time shopping, in the shopping cart goes to checkout, the click from the checkout one transported to the main page again instead of the correct checkout.

The problem is only fixable if you always delete the cookies every 2,3 weeks. I can not demand this from customers and now in the meantime I notice that many customers have this problem and do not make me aware of it and just go. I lose a lot of money because of this and last time we couldn't find a proper solution.

The customers are also partly not so good with technology and when I tell them that they should delete the cookies so that it works, they say yes but in reality they just leave and never come back. It is also strange that it works only then. thereby I damage my reputation and trust to the customers.
