Hi, @arlingtonrowchi.
Thank you for following up with the additional context and sharing your store URL!
I've taken a look at the domain (arlingtonrowchildrenswear.com) and I was able to replicate the issue on my end. However, based on the error message, it seems there could be an issue with the DNS records in your domain settings on Wix. Once the page loads successfully from a refresh, I was able to see your store's password-protected page.
In order to check your domain's DNS records, I am using a free online tool, called DNS Checker, and it's indicating that your domain has multiple A records and no CNAME record. The CNAME record is required for the www.arlingtonrowchildrenswear.com URL to work properly, while the A record is for the arlingtonrowchildrenswear.com. Having multiple A records could cause conflicts, which often results in the intermittent loading that you're seeing.
To resolve these issues, you'll need to remove any additional A records that you can see in the DNS settings, and don't worry if you're unable to see both of the additional A records as some records are required and these are usually hidden or they can't be removed. After that, you can follow our step-by-step guide on connecting a third-party domain to Shopify and add our CNAME record (shops.myshopify.com) to your domain's DNS settings. Should you need help with managing the DNS record for your domain, then this is also something that the domain provider can further assist you with as well.
Once you've resolved the issues with your domain's DNS settings, I'd be happy to take another look. I'd also love to hear more about your business and share some resources to help you get started. Do you have a marketing plan prepared for your store?

Hey, @arlingtonrowchi.
Thank you for reaching out and posting this question.
We can only provide some general insight at this time as you didn't share the address for your domain or the Shopify URL for your store. However, after connecting a third-party domain to Shopify manually and adding both of our DNS records (eg. A record and CNAME), the setup process can take up to 48 hours to complete and fully propagate your domain. Since you've mentioned that the domain is working sometimes (intermittent), then it's likely your domain is connected already and simply needs a little more time to finish the setup.
That being said, since it's been a day from the time of your post, then it's possible that your domain has completed the setup by now. Can you check whether your domain is loading properly using a different device or browser? Or, can you share your domain for us to take a closer look?
