Why does Shopify CLI get stuck at 99% when syncing theme?

Hello, 

I am having an issue where Shopify CLI gets stuck at 99% while Syncing Theme when running "shopify theme serve."

Hi Sir,

Same problem here and unfortunatelly I don't have brew because I'm on win11.

I use shopify-cli version 3.0 so i run the command 'shopify theme dev', instead of 'shopify theme serve'.

Any suggestion?
