Why does Shopify Inbox always show 'Unsaved changes' even before editing?

Greetings.

Every time I go into the "Saved Responses" section of the Shopify Inbox, it gives me a black "Unsaved changes - Discard - Save" bar at the top of the screen, before I have even changed anything.

If you click save, like I inadvertently did, it wipes any reply schedule that had been set up. This happens every time I access the page. Be sure to click "discard" immediately, or ignore the warning if you haven't changed anything.

Shouldn't the black bar reminder only show if I have changed something? It's like the flag that indicates a change on the page has been inverted. It's confusing.
