Why does the search bar fail with a % symbol?

Hi All,

We were able to note that our current search bar is not able to support search with % symbol in it. A lot of our product does have % value and as soon as we do the search and click on " view all " we get a 400 error. It would be really helpful if any of you could help us out here.

Hi @NikhilCBS, 
I can help you with solve this problem & its because the '%' sign is not being recognized as a properly URL encoded string. 
So you need to first work on the Javascript, to convert the string/text that you write on the search box to be converted to a url encoded string. 
Once you have worked on the JS code your results would appear as shown in the below image:
