Hello! My site does not open through public WIFI.
What does "not open" look like? A screenshot is valuable.
Is there an error shown, and if so what is it?
Hello, Thank you for your attention, send a photo. we can get through this in any wifi except my home one. also everything works through the mobile Internet.
Hey @Name_marsi!
Thanks for getting back to us here in the thread!
Just to clarify, you are unable to access your store via your home Wi-Fi or public Wi-Fi or both? Have you completed all troubleshooting steps and are still encountering the same error message?
I was able to view your store with no issues on both mobile and desktop, please see my screenshot below:
It appears that you are using Safari on Mobile. If the issue is only occurring from that device using Safari Mobile, then best to follow the troubleshooting steps I listed above. Have you tried using the Google Chrome browser? For best results, access Shopify using the latest version of Google Chrome here at this link.
In addition to that, contacting your internet host to see what's happening on their side of things is probably going to be the next step to double-check if they are blocking anything here. Let me know how it goes!

Thanks 🙏 😊 I tried everything, it really works through another browser. But through iPhone safari and computer safari is still not (
You're most welcome for the help @Name_marsi!
It looks like you have completed all relevant troubleshooting steps here and also contacted your ISP to no avail, well done on that though! In this case, it would now be best to reach out to our live support so that we can dig a little deeper into this for you. While we’re not able to provide account-specific support via the Shopify Community at this time, we’d be happy to continue assisting you through live chat, email, or callback. If you head to our Help Center at this link and enter in your topic or question, you'll then see an option to contact our support team at the bottom of the page. Click here, and you'll be presented with different ways to get in touch with our team.
To make things easier for both you and support, you can reference this thread and let them know that you have completed the above troubleshooting steps already and been in touch with your ISP. This will help our teams get to the route of the issue faster for you. I do hope this gets resolved for you very soon!
By the way, I really enjoyed browsing through your store, you have some stunning pieces of jewelry there! Furthermore, I really love the color scheme on your site and how welcoming and warm it is. I noticed that you do not have an 'About Us/ Our Story' page, have you thought about adding one? We find customers find these great to get to know more about you and build trust. This blog here on How to Write a Persuasive About Us Page (With Examples and a Template) and help article on Writing an About Us page at this link might be of interest to you.
In regard to your contact us page, I can see that your customers have an option to contact you by filling out the contact form there, have you thought about adding a contact email or phone number here too? It would be great to see that, so customers have more options to reach you in case you ever run into any issues with your contact form. You could even go the extra mile here and add a chat functionality via an app too. Click here to explore more. Great job on linking your social media pages in the footer too, it's always a great way to drive more traffic to your store.

Today, I couldn't open a Hay Day website on public WiFi. It's important to note that this problem has nothing to do with Shopify. Sometimes, simply restarting your device can resolve connectivity issues. Also you may double-check the website URL to ensure it's entered correctly. Sometimes, a simple typo can prevent a website from loading properly.
Hey, there @Name_marsi!
It's great to see you reaching out to the Shopify Community. I'd be happy to help you out with this, however, as mentioned by @Jason we would need to gather some more context from you in order to get to the route of the issue at hand. Are you still experiencing this issue?
Would it be possible for you to drop your store URL so that we can check if we access on our side? Furthermore, would you happen to have a screenshot of your screen when attempting to access your store? That would be a great help!
Sometimes trying the steps above is exactly what is needed to get you back to business in no time!
Let me know how it goes. Aside from the issue you're experiencing, how is business going? I'd love to hear more about it and your goals!
