Why doesn't my website's main picture display on mobile?

hello, im having tough time on trying to figure out why the mobile link for my website doesn't display the main picture of the site. the site is locked so i guess that's okay for now but  all it shows is a black ad grey default picture. how do i fix this?

This depends on your theme and the settings that are being used.

Does your theme have an option for both a desktop and a mobile image? That could be one reason.

Can you see if this piece still uploads images for mobile, if not, please find the code for this piece and take a screenshot so I can help you out!
