Why is a login now required to view the Thank You page after checkout?

Not so long ago, we notice that the Thank You Page after the checkout, now is showing a login requiered to view the order. This was not this way before. Is this a configuration issue or is just the way shopify in handling the Thank You page now?

The information in the order confirmation, including the link to the order status page, might seem to be publicly accessible; however, with the recent changes, customers will need to login in order to view the shipping and billing addresses.
