Why is a mystery collection appearing on my product overview page?

I have a challenge with a collection appearing that I have not created. The collection appears when I am first at a single product and below there is a link saying "go back to product overview" or in Norwegian "gå tilbake til produktoversikt". This guides the user to a collection with the name "collection" that I have not created anywhere.

Here´s the URL that the user is starting from: https://www.nunu.no/products/3-maned

Is there anybody who could help me out?

That link leads back to https://www.nunu.no/collections/all which is the default, non-deletable collection on every Shopify store that contains all products.

Thanks. 🙂

Is there any way to modify which products are shown in this collection or make it navigate to another collection?

/collections/all by dfault always lists all products. If you create a collection and make sure it has the handle all, you can "overwrite" this collection to show only the products contained in your "all" collection.

You could also change to which collection the link on the product detail page leads. But ideally it wouldn't be the same for all products but rather lead back to the collection from where you came and if you're not viewing the product from within the context of a collection (i. e. you're at /products/whatever rather than /collections/whatever/products/whatever) it would link to your "all" collection.

Some themes already do this by default, but Dawn doesn't as far as I know. Where is that link coming from? Did you add it manually or is it a custom Liquid block?

I figured out that this was a user error. The link was added on the product page itself manually and was not part of the liguid file. Thanks for helping me to understand that. 🙂
