Why is Google merchant center suspending my account even after updating my website?

Hi guys. Any insight on this would be appreciated. 

Here is the breakdown:
When I first started on Shopify, I was obviously still learning how to navigate around, etc. Unaware that this could potentially cause an issue, I opened my Google merchant center and my Facebook commerce page before I had all the necessary info included on my website. Naturally, Google IMMEDIATELY suspended my account for "misrepresentation." I wasn't sure why but I did some research and realized I still needed to add a contact page, policies, etc. So of course I did, and I understood why Google had suspended me. But now, after going back and forth with them for over a MONTH, they still will not reinstate my account and say that it continues to violate their guidelines. I have absolutely NO CLUE WHY! I have a contact page, policies easily accessible, manufacturers that I work with, etc. I have done literally everything I can think of to make my site and products as transparent as possible. Google continuously tells me I am breaking their rules but REFUSES TO GIVE ME DETAILS! I have literally BEGGED them - and gotten the same responses basically linking me to the list of guidelines and policies. If I don't know what's wrong with my website, how can I fix it?! I tried speeding up the site. Helping the landing page, everything. They finally told me that they would allow me to close my merchant account and start over since they aren't going to reinstate it. But now, when I try to delete it, it won't work and Google told me last week they were "working on it." Still haven't heard from them. NOW, on top of that, Facebook is now saying they can't publish my shop because it doesn't align with their policies.... still NO DETAILS! Won't tell me why, just doing the same as Google and sending me a link to their policies. I am so frustrated and exhausted at this point that I literally have been in tears over this. It is obviously essential for me to advertise on Google. Can anyone help me with this? Can anyone look at my website and tell me if they see any obvious issues? www.weirdfriendsapparel.com

Hey Laura,

The contact email domain in your footer and on your Refund page is different. Please use the same email which is associated with your website's root domain.
