Why is Instagram not connecting to my online shop?

I've been trying to connect Shopify to my Instagram shop, but it keeps showing this error.

I've checked all the requirements you mentioned, and the only one I'm not really sure, which is the age restriction since we are selling alcohol. However, our Facebook shop was approved, and some items were approved.
