My card is being rejected but the same card is active on another shopify account

Thank you for your message, I would be happy to provide you with some insight into this. This is not an issue our friendly community members would be able to help you out with, however, I do have some ideas that you can look into. Are you noticing this rejection when trying to pay your subscription invoice? If so, you should be able to see the reason for the failure within your settings>billing area of the admin. Alternatively, you might want to reach out to your credit card provider to see if they can deduce any issues with your card or are having any problems with their service currently.
If you still do not see any reason why your card may have been rejected, your next step will be to reach out to one of our live support advisors who can access your account to take a look. You can do this by logging into your store through the Help Center, searching your question/issue, then selecting "continue" at the bottom of the page that displays the search results. Since these are the next steps for you to take to look into this issue, I will go ahead and mark this as the solution to your question for the benefit of others who may come across this post.
