Your account needs to be authenticated in order for our team to take a closer look at your admin/settings.
The reason is, we are unable to authenticate accounts or look into account-specific information through our community forum. I recommend this option as it will reach the escalated team that is handling your request. Our escalated teams communicate solely via email and will be able to provide you with further information regarding your store being unavailable.

I've already sent an reply to that email 20 hours ago, but no responsing. 😭
After I set up store payments last week, my store was suddenly unavailable this week. But my payment information was successfully filled and the store could place an order.
Pls tell me how to push this matter forward and solve the problem!
