Why is my 'Add to Cart' button not functioning correctly?

Hello,

My website is having issues where customers cannot click add to cart after selecting a product variant. The Add To Cart button is only clickable in the default product variant and when they click it they hit an error: "Parameter Missing or Invalid: Required parameter missing or invalid: items"

This issue also happens randomly, sometimes after refreshing a few times, the add to cart button would work again. Also, when this issue occurs, the product variant images also doesn't show up on the product page.
