Why is my add to cart button not functioning on the Dawn theme?

Can anyone help me with why my add to cart button is not working?  We are running the Dawn theme, and we have custom pricing calculators.  It was working perfectly up until about a week ago.  

All of our products have been able to be added to the cart until recently, and we have not changed any code.

I have tried both Safari and Chrome, and using mobile doesn't work with cellular or wifi.

We have a third party app, but also have used custom HTML and javascript to build the cost calculators for our products.  We have been able to make test orders, and everything worked great until recently, and there have been no changes that I am aware of.

I reviewed your store and I think you are using a third-party app for external custom JS code which is not provided by Shopify

Question: Why are you using a third-party app for add to cart? Any specific need?

The Strange thing is, it was working perfectly a couple weeks ago.  I don't know what has changed.  There have been no changes to the code since it was working.  I asked the third party app and they did not have any answers.
