Why is my banner image not showing on mobile in the Dawn theme?

My banner images are visible in the desktop view however are not appearing on mobile.

I have tried various codes recommended through other forums regarding similar issues however none of them have worked. 

Please help resolve this issue- I am using the Dawn theme

delete this
