Why is my 'buy it now' button not working on my ecommerce site?

 Hi everyone 

I need help with an issue I am facing 

There is an error message that pops up whenever a customer tries to buy a product and clicks on the “buy it now” botton. (See picture). This issue is only with this option though, so customers are able to “add it to cart” and go through the checkout process without any issues. But when they want to directly purchase via the “buy it now” button, it doesn’t work at all.

It works well on my side. I guess you got the issue when checking in preview only. 

Did you try to check it on live site?
