I need help ASAP I cant get to the bottom of my my check out button isn't working on my site. I have had the Zappiet app look into it and they cant seem to see it on there end. Can someone help as im losing sales and its becoming a nightmare.

I understand that your checkout button isn't working at the moment. Since there can be many causes to this, are you able to confirm if you made any changes to your stores themes, or added any apps? It is possible that there may be some conflicting code here. In order to take a closer look, kindly share a screenshot of the error, or your store's URL. This way, I'll be able to try to replicate the issue and provide you with the next steps.

We are still experiencing problems still cant click on the check out as shown on image above our website is morethanmeat.com.au if i can get you to look into it i would be so thankfull

Great job! I can also confirm that the checkout button is now working. When on the cart page, I'm able to prior schedule a pick up date and time, and then I'm directed to fill out my contact information.

 

If you have any other questions, feel free to follow up and let me know! Additionally, I'm always looking to help out merchants with ideas or feedback related to their stores. While browsing your shop I noticed that there are a few opportunities for improvement:

 

  • My first suggestion would be to ensure that every section is filled out and completed to look as professional as possible. For instance, I noticed that the Christmas collection showcased on your homepage does not have a featured image. This can be done be added directly from your Shopify admin by heading over to to Products > Collections. Then, by clicking on the name of the collection that you want to update, and upload your image. 
  • I also wanted to share a guide on How to design an effective homepage. This guide offers suggestions on how to get clear on the goal of the homepage via a call to action and by displaying your best selling products. 
  • Shopify Inbox might be a great addition to your shop. This app allows you to interact with potential customers regarding your products and catering. It also integrates with other messaging channels like Facebook Messenger and Apple Business Chat. Take a look at our Shopify Inbox Guide on how to set this up.
