Welcome to the Shopify Community and thank you for posting your question here.  

 

To gain a bit more insight, could you clarify if you're on a Shopify paid plan or are you in the free trial period? If you're in the free trial period, you'll need to select a paid plan in order to activate your checkout. 

 

Could you provide a bit more information on the screenshot you've shared:

 

  • Please share your store URL so we can try and replicate the checkout issue.
  • If a paid plan has been selected, are all customers experiencing this error message at checkout?
  • Are you able to replicate this issue on your end?

Hello @VICKNESHDM

 

There can be an issue with the Shopify plan. First, you need to check if your Shopify plan is active or not, if not then choose a plan it will surely resolve your issue.
