Why is my customer getting PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR when I direct them to a landing page?

When customers click on my link to our landing page, some of them are getting a "Secure Connection Failed" message with Error code:  PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

Any ideas why?
