Why is my customer nation filter not functioning correctly?

Hi,

I'm trying to make a filter the customers by nation, but it's not working.

customer_countries CONTAINS 'US'  returns empty set.
customer_countries IS NULL returns all the customers.

All the customers have an address with a nation too, so, why the results of those two filters?

customer_countries isn't the country specified in the first (or any) address of the customer?

Hi @n-developer,

I also got the same error as you. For customers that were created a long time ago, when I filter, those customers still appear in the results, but for newly created customers, they do not appear in the results.

This is most likely an error originating from Shopify and I cannot intervene.

thak you for your feedback, I saw it happens on CSV imported contacts, also if on CSV there's the country code column provided.
