Why is my domain's SSL still pending after transfer?

Hi! I transferred my domain a week ago (Wed, January 24th) and am still getting the SSL Pending message. My site is not accessible, when trying to access it it says the sites security certificate is not trusted. I just want to make sure I'm not missing any details in the process that will add time onto the transfer? I have double checked I only have one A record and it is the correct one for shopify, as well as the correct CNAME with a period at the end. 

The domain I am transferring is madzinnia.com.
