Hello, I send a review regarding to Facebook and instagram on my Shopify store but when I wanted to fill the names I accidentally wrote my store name there wrongly , I provided my ID but because of this mistake in filling the names , the review of my store is keep getting rejected and it doesn’t let me to go to that page to fill my name correctly and now it just says there won’t be anymore review on my store and I can’t be able to sell on Facebook and instagram because of that!
I would really appreciate if I can get help regarding to that!

It sounds like this was just a simple mistake on your end that has resulted in the disapproval of your Facebook and Instagram shops. To clarify, it sounds as though you have already tried to appeal their decision on more than one occasion?
The approval and appeals process may be largely based on an algorithm in order to support more merchants in a timely manner, therefore, it's more important to connect with Meta Support directly to make necessary changes on their end before submitting an appeal.
While I can't guarantee an approval, it's likely they will be able to assist with a manual review of your appeal and help rectify any issues for approval.

Hello, well in the chat I had with the meta chat support, I’ve been told this time they will approve me and they added a note on my request!
but still nothing! And it’s been almost a month!

I'd recommend following up with the agent you spoke to regarding this problem through the same ticket if possible.
If you're not able to connect with them directly, then contacting general Meta Support and providing that ticket number can help them locate the conversation, along with provide more context into what is needed to have the information updated and an ETA.
