Hey @ShakeWherever.
Thanks for reaching out.
Did you happen to connect the third-party domain to your Shopify store? In order to have your third-party domain direct your visitors to your online store - you may need to make changes to the DNS settings. We do have a great step-by-step guide that can walk you through the changes available here.
With that being said, it can take up to a full 24 hours for the domain DNS changes to be reflected and allow your visitors to be directed to the store.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi Oliie, I got reply from GoDaddy
"However, we observe from the DNS that the IP address of 23.227.38.32 has been updated in the A record.
Could you please check with shopify whether we need to replace 23.227.38.32 with 23.227.38.65?
Regarding the CNAME records, we observe that the 2 records have been updated .
spaceberry-2.myshopify.com and dns-verification.shopify.com.
Kindly confirm with shopify whether we need to keep these else delete.
Hey @ShakeWherever.
Thanks for the quick response.
In order to have the third-party domain connected and pointed towards your Shopify store, you will need to have the following DNS settings:
You can have only one A record and one www CNAME record associated with your domain. If your domain already has an A record or www CNAME record, then you need to change these records to point to your online store. You can have multiple CNAME records associated with your domain, but each one must have a unique name, such as www or shop.
Once that is completed and updated, I would suggest waiting a full 24 hours to allow the connection to be established.
Let me know if you have any questions.
