Why is my Google Advertising Conversion Tag showing multiple conversions?

Help please! We have had several issues with our Google Conversion Tag. There seems to be 3 different conversion labels firing from the website which is creating an error with the number of conversions we are getting. When we search the code base for the website however we can't find the 2 incorrect conversion tags. Has anyone else had this issue and can provide guidance as to how to fix this ??
