Why is my identity verification not working on the German government ID system?

I submitted the German government ID system before ，system said the date of birth is wrong, but the fact is the same, then I tried to submit the passport, but the submit green button is not working, the picture is jpg, and the picture size is also consistent,Is there a problem with system verification?

Are you unable to click this "submit" button at all? Or is it that you click on it, and it appears to not do anything?
