Why is my identity verification not working with my driver's license?

I'm trying to submit my driver's license as my Identification but it won't work. I've tried like 10 times. Help please.

I upload try to upload a png of both the front and back side of my driver's license. I click submit and nothing happens. No error message or anything comes up. 

The reason I am submitting my license is because this message comes up on the homepage

"You need to submit additional details about your business to continue accepting payments."
