Hi, there's an issue with my inventory — overnight, the quantities "On hand" increased for most of my products and they are now incorrect. Under "Committed", the quantities are incorrect as the orders listed there there are supposed to contain these unfulfilled items have actually been fulfilled. Can anyone help me with this please? Thank you.
Adding on to my previous post — previously, the quantities that were available for purchase were shown when you click on "Inventory". Now it's showing "On hand" quantities, which are incorrect and do not make any sense.
Same here. What's going on, Shopify?? Our inventory numbers are all over the place!!
